I lead customer experience work by day. Outside of it, I build small things out of curiosity, and this is where each one gets tried, dated, and kept honest about how it's going.
By day, I think about customer experience at the scale of millions. Here, it's the same instinct, just applied at the scale of one. Just an idea, and enough of a weekend to see it through.
Just the craft itself: notice something ordinary, imagine it a little better, build it, find out if it holds up.
Nothing here is polished for its own sake. Each experiment stays as close to the real, working version as I can show it, status included, results included, whether they worked or not.
